"The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Set on the outskirts of town so it felt like we were in the country, but only 2 minutes walk to the station, 10 minutes walk to the Tower and the sights. There was also a swimming pool with cafe bar, a restaurant and a small shop. We took the train to Florence which is an hour away and well worth a vist. Superb all round!"
