"The hotel was well situated in the medina. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size and was kept really clean. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast was of a very high standard. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish."

"Upon arrival, our suitcases were taken from us by the Bell boy as per usual process at a nice hotel. We went to our room and waited over 30 minutes for the bags, at which point we then went back to reception to see our cases sat at the back of a very big queue of cases still to be dealt with. The reception was chaos and as we wanted to start to enjoy our holiday, we then took our own cases to our room and changed and unpacked. Our room was OK. Be aware, the hotel is currently undergoing a massive amount of building work and the hotel is dusty and noisy as a result. It is not at all like the pictures around the pool that are displayed. The general staff in the bar and restaurants are beyond poor, they look bored and when you ask for service, they walk in the other direction and avoid work as much as they can. During our stay, some younger workers were introduced to the breakfast service, they were so much better! People had eaten food in the pool bar and the plates and remains of food were left there for hours - plenty of staff around to clean up but they left it all. Staff at breakfast were slightly better but essentially, the breakfast staff end up being the staff at other areas of the hotel later in the day. None of which are bothered about guests by the looks.One server left us so long with a menu, we walked off after 20 minutes without placing an order. I would not go back to this hotel. Outside of the hotel, begging children are all around, asking for money."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Euphoriad in Rabat. Although it is officially rated as a 4-star property, we would easily rate it 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We reached the hotel several hours before the official check-in time, and the staff warmly welcomed us and made our room available early, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were high quality, and the toiletries and amenities provided in the room exceeded our expectations. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and well maintained. One of the things we appreciated most was the perfect balance between traditional Moroccan riad charm and modern comfort. The riad has been beautifully renovated, preserving its authentic character while incorporating modern features such as key-card access to the rooms. These thoughtful upgrades made the experience more convenient, secure, and peaceful. We were also impressed by how quiet the property was. Unlike some riads where noise can be an issue, the rooms were well insulated and we enjoyed excellent nights of sleep throughout our stay. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful design, impeccable cleanliness, and modern comfort made this one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rabat. Thank you to all!"

"The staff were incredible, however I must deduct one star because we communicated a few days before on a pickup from the airport and they never showed up. We had to take an uber from the airport for about 140MAD. It was our first time in Marrakech so it would have been helpful to have someone from the hotel pick us up. They told us that a colleague was suddenly on vacation but then there was no reconciliation on the matter. There were limited food options despite having a menu; you’d often have to ask what’s available. They were very accommodating for not canceling our reservation for arriving one day late due to a delay in flight. But then the room wasn’t available right away. The Riad is pretty centrally located which we enjoyed. We were not planning to stay in the Riad during our stay because we’re out and about but it is small and something worth considering if you plan to relax while in Marrakech. They do have an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset in their rooftop. Overall decent stay, could have been a bit better for the value. Staff speaks French, English, Arabic. They understand Spanish but only one or two have some conversational skills, same with Italian. Food was a bit on the pricey side."
