"Soukaina looked after us really well showed me the way to the mall and went over and beyond to help us she was super friendly and caring she made the experience great. The only downside to this hotel was that the sewage system was off I think there was a foul smell 14/7 and the hotel needs a bit of renovation tbf! But the location was deffo my fave might not be for everyone tho, depends on what kinda place u like to eat at for example. "

"Great staff, perfect location, but appears to be a procurement problem for the Rooftop restaurant and bar - no tuna, no wasabi (surprisingly for a Japanese restaurant) and no Martini liquor ( I think they meant vermouth). Their rooftop bar gets very busy especially on a Saturday night with stomping live dj sets. Great if you’ve come to party, no so great if you’re room is on any of the floors below as there is no sound proofing on any of the floors below.The rooms are incredibly spacious and have ò"
