" I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Riad Andalla Spa hotel. It is a beautiful building that totally met my expectations of what Marrakesh Riad would be. More importantly the staff there are so very helpful and courteous. Throughout my stay they went over and above what is expected to make my visit to Marrakesh as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. They even catered for the, shall we say, vagaries and idiosyncrasies of others in my party without any fuss. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people and fantastic food. Loved every minute including the hammam massage. Will definitely return."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The one complaint I have is regarding the check out process, they asked if we took anything out of the mini bar and once I told the front desk what we took they had to send someone out to the room to verify, after making us wait for several minutes they still asked me to tell them what we took from the minibar. This delayed our checkout time and in my opinion was excessive considering that our credit card was on file. After we had left we were asked to go back to pay the city taxes. So overall the stay was great but the check out process was painful. "
