"Nice staff but small beds"

"Taxi to airport too high, from airport to hotel 10, going to terminal in morning. 23. That’s a lot for a very short ride AND I’m not sure it was a real cab! Had to pay before leaving"

"Good location, convenient shuttle bus service (costs around £7 a person) and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It was the start of our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a junior suite which was a fantastic start to our trip. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Restaurant was good quality at breakfast. Great all round "

We were also given the opportunity to upgrade, which was worth every penny in terms of the access to club facilities. I will be staying here again on my next trip."

"Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff. "
