"The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog."

"Pros: cheap, clean. Staff was nice. Cons: sketchy area, feels like 1970s in rooms and exterior. Bed was awful, tiny pillows either concrete hard or super soft with no support. Entrance feels bare, smelled like garlic all on the 3rd floor. TV had mostly purple picture. The only saving grace .. we only had to deal with it for 1 night."

"I stayed for only one night. It was comfortable and clean, however I got very little sleep because the basketball team above my room were rowdy until 2:30 AM so I got very little sleep."

"The room had some housekeeping needs, visible uncleanliness. The bedding appeared clean. There was little to no hot water and the noise above us was so loud. We did not sleep much at all."
