Perfect for an extended stay with big closet, full size fridge, stovetop, dishes, even a washer and dryer in the room. Very friendly staff available 24 hours.
Our stay here was wonderful. Perfect for those of you that want to eat in. They haves everything imaginable, right down to some outdoor grill. Great laundry room which made it nice for catching up our laundry. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very large. We would stay here again!
It was a very clean room. However the sound from trains and cars was so loud. You can also hear everything the neighbors are talking about. For the low price it was okay
Clean building, great staff, and everything you need for a home away from home. While there are a lack of amenities that many other non-long-term stay hotels offer, this location does not claim to provide those benefits so I cannot complain! Plus, what is offered definitely suffices and for many, is more than they will actually use.
A brand new hotel is a treat! Bed was really comfortable, so was the sofa and the desk chair. Full size refrigerator, stove top, coffee maker, dishwasher, automatic lighting, smart TV, dishes provided, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, and very quiet. No complaints from me!
Nice and clean. Newer rooms so everything worked fine. Not high end, but serviceable and good for the price. My only criticism is that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am due to a "sensor malfunction" which woke up the whole hotel. The staff was cool and apologized but it still affected my stay. There was no talk about reimbursing or credit due to the issue, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a decent place.
Obviously very clean property as it’s only been open a few weeks. There are some odd quirks with the hotel that need to be addressed (ie no ice machines or water fountains/bottle fillers anywhere, 2 luggage carts for entire property, only ramps to use said carts are the disabled parking ramps).
Staff needs a bit more training on hospitality and customer service.
This location definitely felt safe, All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful, and wonderful. They made my stay very easy. The room I stayed in was awesome. My favorite part is the washer and dryer in the room. Extremely comfortable and convenient. The room was pretty spacious. Kitchen with a full fridge, living room it own TV, bathroom with washer & dryer, and bedroom with a pretty big closet and it’s very own TV. Restroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. No bathroom rug. I had to improvise . Kitchen had dish towels, and 1 dishwasher tab. I didn’t find dish soap but I wasn’t really looking for it either… might’ve been there. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
This is a new property so everything is in great condition. Staff were friendly and helpful.
There is limit snack items available onsite, but many dining options within a short distance (1-2 miles).
Our only issues were: (1) Bathroom light auto-on-motion. It was rather jarring in the middle of the night. There needs to be an option for “no light ” (or instructions on how to disable). (2) The AC worked great, however the fan was rather loud. We wear earplugs so it wasn’t a problem.
Our hotel stay was truly an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The only downside was seeing some homeless encampments nearby, but honestly, it didn’t bother us or take away from our overall experience. We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! ❤️
Stephaine was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay there. It was very convenient for us to have a mini kitchen and washer and dryer. The only thing I didn’t like is the hallway lights turn off if there isn’t any motion.
