"What a joke of a hotel. Expedia shows it right in the heart of Mardin Old City, but surprise—it’s actually 5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. Total false advertising. When I pointed this out, the receptionist couldn’t care less. He was loud, rude, and basically told me “not my problem, talk to Expedia, take it or leave it.” Wow, amazing customer service.
