"The cottage was the perfect place for our group to stay at while we was there ice fishing. The cottage was very warm inside despite temps below 0 degrees our whole stay. Another bonus is there is lake access right by the cottage that a person could use to get on the ice. Lathan was very responsive to our questions and was a very good host. We would definitely stay here again on our annual ice fishing trip to Lake Simcoe. "
