The staff where very nice. The hall rugs need to be replaced . The room was very clean, but very plain and a bit outdated. Not enough towels, pen, paper The pullout couch Needs to be replaced very uncomfortable.

The room was nice and relaxing with separate area to sit by the fire. Was disappointed in the available restaurant for dinner but enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant in the resort.

Absolutely Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend it

This was a good stay. I had a request to be able to do my work, and the staff was so helpful they arranged a business room, internet and relevant facilities for me. The room was comfortable, view was ecstatic and loved the activities. I wish gandola was working not just for bike but for viewing too, but understand the covid restrictions so may be next year ! Would definitely recommend this place for family, couples or friends for leisure as well as activites.

Leach infested Pond

Mostly our stay was great until I got bit by a leach in the pond and found alone of them swimming freely. This should be taken care of as their are a lot of children swimming there as well. This is not safe at all and signs should be posted

Exceeded expectations I was just looking for a overnight to enjoy amenities in the area and I loved my stay at Horseshoe!!!

Hotel was dated. Rooms needed a refresh. Furniture was old and worn. The resort was nice. Lake, pool and activities were great for families. Lots to do. A bit pricy but expected.

Nice family getaway

Nice for a family trip with young kids. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to help us to look for activities and purchasing tickets. Kudos to the restaurant staffs. Super friendly and cheerful despite there are so many customers came at the same time.

The young staff at resort are wonderful / front desk desk great !! My complaints lie above them …. Management , decision makers … no reasonably priced place to eat for a family … and it’s all families !! Charging for after when we order a Meal is just so wrong …. Profit gouging at its best !!!
