"The property was clean and private. It was also conveniently located. The only down side was the noise factor. The walls need soundproofing as you can hear doors opening, doors slamming shut and people speaking or watching TV from adjoining apartments. Other than that I did enjoy my stay."

"Comfortable apartment in Prahran that is close to the tram line. There were a few issues, specifically with checkin, wifi and linen for the sofbed. These were ironed out by what appears to be the third party managment, however didn't have us off to a good start! There were also couple of cleanliness areas that could be improved on. "The chairs in the living area are broken and dangerous. The exhaust fan doesn't work and there's a smoke detector situated right above the stove, so it's very difficult to cook without tripping the alarm. There are way too few plates and glasses. They gave us one key between three people. The property manager was obnoxious and unhelpful. The services in Alma Village were disappointing."

"Every step of the way, the host kept in close communication with us and provided advice and details in a very timely manner! The place itself was just what we needed for three nights in Melbourne - decent-sized rooms, practical kitchen, enough space for four people to stay. The location is also perfect, with a Woolies Metro and pizza restaurant below, cafes nearby, and a short walk to the tram into the city. Highly recommended!"
