"Had a lovely stay at the cottage last weekend! The only thing was the time it took to fill the bath lol while I worried the hot water was going to run out all my worries washed away when I was soaking in a hot bath! Thank you, will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful bush setting property, pet friendly is a bonus. Very quiet except for the birdlife. The indoor fire heats the place just perfectly and the pizza oven was great for a nights dinner. Directions to the property were easy and spot on. The host explained how everything worked and was super easy to deal with. The cottage is set up with everything you could need. Excellent kitchen utensils etc. Perfect few days in a perfect location. Would love to stay again when in the area."

"Very cool design of the front patio/deck (like we were sailing with the oars, steering wheel, lantern etc) , cosy interior cabin with gorgeous art selections (loved these inside and outside), comfy and clean with all required essentials. Carembeen park on the doorstep was perfect for us and the 2 dogs who loved running around exploring everything. Host was very kind, efficient and clear with all communication. Recommend this for anyone who wants a break from the city/suburban life without requiring too far a drive. Creswick town was quite pleasant too with great restaurants and cafes , and did we have the space would have loved to carry home a few pieces from the vintage and aet shops around. Did not know John Curtin was born there."

"It’s my home town and we were overnight for a funeral. The town is in very good shape with ample eateries and coffee outlets. The motel is quiet and the beds very comfortable. "
