Ideal for a stopover.
Easy to find just off motorway, parking underground ok, room basic but clean. The breakfast was Excellent ( good choice ). Only vending machines for food and soft drinks. The location (on industrial estate ) normal but a five minute walk to catch a train in to Madrid central ( Sol station ) a must for site seeing and food etc. Trains every 1/2 hour in both directions.

El apartamento era muy confortable, con cocina incorporada, cafetera, microondas, heladera, completa. Zona alejada, pero muy cerca del tren y de buses. Cama cómoda, parking en la calle. Zona segura y tranquila. Todo excelente

Good overall experience. I wish there was the availability of English general information menu about basic facilities i.e. iron, ironing board and washing machine. It would have been great if there was an option to take ironing boards to your room. Overall 3.5

Clean, cheap hotel, 15 minute walk to the train into central Madrid, but area is very commercial and feels slightly unsafe at night

Nice Hotel the Vertice Roomspace
It was an amazing place to stay and i hope to visit there more. We have been able to explore the area more this time and know where to shop and nice architecture. I like the garden infront of the hotel. Gym equipment needs upgrading as some of them are not in working order. Otherwise an excellent place to stay if you are a lover of Madrid.

No tiene A/C. Ducha extremadamente pequeña. Cero utilidades dentro de la habitación. Solo una silla plástica . Como no hay A/C se tiene q tener las ventanas abiertas con un edificio familiar detrás y una mega construcción imaginen el ruido .

Great place to stay, metro nearby, easy to take, 4 stops away to Center of Madrid. Laundry Facilities, bring your own detergent. Clean facility. Comfortable beds. A/C, heat, Eco friendly. Parking available.

This hotel is fine. The area around it not so much. The Renfe train getting to Sol is good but getting back is a pain. Don't ever get on train if it says Perla you will get lost and waste money. Also short cab rides vary for instance from Villaverde Alto subway. One day it was 12, and the next it was 18. Cab ride from center of Madrid to hotel varies as well one time it was 48 and the next it was 30. All cab scenarios was not about time it just seemed to charge different. Walking to subway is good workout but I would avoid at night. Also sleep late nothing starts happening till 11 or noon. All in all a solid B plus from my scorecard but I'm optimistic. If you are high maintenance maybe stay different location. Cheers!

Great matress. Good fridge. Constantly extremely noisy. I asked the staff to intervene about constantly shouting guests and with screaming children; nothing changed day and night. Heating not working. Asked for a blanket at the reception and it was given to me unfolded, in a ball. Very poor TV quality and channels. Weak wifi.

Good for the money, very basic, a bit too far from the centre although the train station is one minutes walk away and four stops to central Madrid. Last train Back is @ 23:47, tickets are €10.50 for a ten trip ticket which can be shared

Metropolitan adventure.
Barebones fringing on second hand boutique wannabe hotel. The cheap prices are not seasonal, are permanent made as if they have a sale going on, in fact, hotel seems to be used to its end days, furniture is IKEA chinese knock-off coming off at the seams, the surrounding area is pretty bad, looks rough, feels rough and locals do not appreciate having a cheap hotel nearby. BUT, if you are in Madrid for a couple of days and you know how to move around, this place may just do the job.
