"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well. "

"La entrada es con una clave tanto al edificio como a la habitación, y ninguna de las claves que nos dieron era válida. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y entramos a las 2:30 de la madrugada en enero y con un bebé de 7 meses en la calle. No cogían el teléfono y la persona que me lo solucionó por chat tardaba mucho (supongo por el sistema). Al día siguiente me contactaron y querían ofrecerme 30 € de recompensa. Por supuesto no los acepté. La tecnología es para que sirva, no para padecer estos malos...

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"Helpful staff. Busy traffic street. Theater district. We had a rental car and could not drop off luggage in front of Hotel but found loading zone around the corner. Call hotel if you need instructions on parking rental car. "
