The staff was excellent. I had a roll in shower due to me being in a wheelchair but there was no grab bar . The hotel installed one for me!!! I ate the breakfast and it is well worth the price. The location is great too. Overall I had a great experience

Eurostars Plaza Mayor
The only problem we had with this hotel was the temperature was very warm and the AC was not yet turned on for the building, therefore we could not cool our room. The staff was helpful and provided a small fan, but it was quite uncomfortable.

Motel Lavapiés
It was clean and the staff were very friendly - if it wasn't for that there would be no stars. That is where it ends. If you want to get a good nights sleep do not stay here. The first room I was given had a terrible cigarette smell - i was moved and the next room was better. Both rooms were on ground ...
