Hot tub was not working but besides that, great place to stay.

Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay, especially if you’re attending an event at the convention center. The hotel is within easy walking distance, which made the location very convenient. The gym was one of the better features. It was clean, well maintained, had a good selection of equipment, and fresh towels were readily available. The room was comfortable and decent, although nothing particularly memorable. I had a balcony, but unfortunately there wasn’t much of a view. The pool area was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. It was very busy with lots of kids, and the jacuzzi seemed to be packed most of the time, so it wasn’t exactly a relaxing experience. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We also took Uber about 10 to 15 minutes away for Korean and Vietnamese food, as well as some great coffee and dessert spots, which gave us plenty of additional options. Overall, I’d rate the hotel between 3.5 and 4 stars. It’s a solid choice for the convenient location, clean facilities, and good gym, but I wouldn’t necessarily choose it for the pool or resort experience.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is old and showing it's age. Very convenient location for the park and all businesses on the Harbor and Katella side. Will definitely go back.
