The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. They were happy to assist with recommendations, transportation, and any questions I had during my stay. The location was another major highlight, with convenient access to many of Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.
