Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the ...
