"Very value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, beds were comfy, shower has the appropriate pressure. We travelled in a group of 4, 2 guys and 2 ladies. We were welcomed warmly by the hotel staff, Anna, she was very helpful in suggesting where we should go and what we should do during our trip. We were there during the one week holiday, she was really very helpful in reminding us that there might be congestion issues in some of the places of interest. She even highlighted to us which of the places of interest are worth visiting. The hotel was nicely located, there were food stalls, cafes and chill out places within a short distance. Would definitely head back there to stay if I ever visit Hanoi again."

"Awesome stay here. Room was very clean and beds super comfy! Roof top bar and pool were incredible! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. We had a tour booked for early one morning before breakfast opened and they packed us our breakfast in a lunch box and made us a coffee for to take which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend! One small note - the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it got very steamy. Would definitely stay again. Great location! "

"An amazing service in an amazing location! We'd managed to accidentally double book, but the staff offered to refund one, even though they didn't have to! Breakfast was exceptional, massive choice and quality. We also dined in their Saigon restaurant, which is well worth a visit. Take mozzy spray, the lake does attract these unfortunately - the hotel does have plug-in repellents and flyscreens on the patio doors, but the odd one will still get in. The views and room are worth the risk, so don't let this put you off!"
