"Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though."

"Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too."

"Tutto regolare. Condizionatore presente e funzionante, sembra abbia poca potenza (come potenza di ventilazione), ma fa il suo lavoro. Non è un albergo tradizionale, la reception non è sempre aperta: chi è certo di arrivare dopo le 18,00 è meglio che avvisi per telefono, così si organizzano. Per le auto c'è un parcheggio limitato, ma nelle vicinanze si trova comunque posto gratuito."

"The location of this property (with parking) is great! Quick walking access to one of the gates into the walled city. Parking is within the enclosed courtyard and very secure. Our room was nice size, quiet and clean - just be prepared to carry your suitcase(s) up 1 or more sets of stairs! The staff is not on site at night, but that was not a problem. Their breakfast is very nice - great pastries!"

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."
