"We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe."

"The staff & service is just for the person who helped me with the check in on Monday night, he was really nice. The room smelled bad, dirty sheets, and towels had hair on it. I reported the bathtub didn’t work, they didn’t fixed it. When I was showering the water didn’t go away. "
