"Somebody really dropped the ball here. I was not emailed the information for the property and did not realize the two addresses given on Expedia had nothing to do with the actual location. By the time we were called back and given the actual location we could not even enjoy our room because it was not cleaned from previous guests and now we had to wait while it was cleaned. All that I received for compensation was no additional fee for late check out. "
