"This hotel is wonderfully located and clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant ran low on food twice during my stay, once for breakfast and once for dinner, so this is an area for improvement. However, you are in close walking distance to fantastic dining experiences including Sista Barista for breakfast, Cotto for dinner and you are also minutes from Lower Marsh Street. I will definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are small but are sufficient for what you are paying for. They mention that they have AC, however, when turning it on it will not cool the room very much and will turn off randomly. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well upon arrival but the beds were clean. No safe in the rooms aswell. During the evening, security remains at the front door which makes people feel more safe. Location is great if you want to be central."

"I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient. One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the air conditioning. Neither my room nor my friend’s room had functioning air conditioning for the first five nights of our stay. This was extremely frustrating and took far longer than expected to resolve. That said, I appreciate that management ultimately acknowledged the problem, offered a sincere apology, and provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience. Their efforts to address the situation were appreciated, even though the resolution took longer than it should have."
