A traditional, spacious four double bedroom house in Sutton, over Ground, 1st and 2nd Floors with two parking spaces.

- 2min walk from Sutton Common train station with trains to Wimbledon (10min), Sutton (6min), and Central London (30min).
- You can also reach Sutton Town Centre (10min walk) or take a bus to Morden Underground Station.

There is a living room downstairs, and kitchen, with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob.

The property has Wifi and also a fifth box room for storage.

On the Ground Floor, you have a spacious lounge, and kitchen.
On the First floor, you have two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and another with two single beds), as well as a toilet and bathroom.
