Upon arrival, we were told that they were overbooked and as such would upgrade our room for the inconvenience. The room we received had an extra bed in it which made the room feel smaller and less room to move around and manage our suitcases. The bathroom floor was also dirty and the carpet had crumbs from the previous occupant. The property on the exterior and interior looked worn down and not clean and new as depicted in the online pictures. The worst experience, however, was the buffet breakfast in the morning. We went down at 6:30am as we had an early flight. The dining room was literally packed with people and the staff could not keep up. The food was horrible and served buffet style causing much of the food to be cold and stale. Additionally, the coffee machines did not work. Upon leaving, there were no less than 8 to 10 busses in their tiny parking lot with no one directing the mass confusion. As the hotel also did not have shuttle busses to the airport, we had to order an Uber which could not get in the parking lot because of the busses. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.
