"Beautiful room and staff were lovely!"

"The kitchen was clean and has everything I need for my stay. The laundry service was good. The dryer didn’t work, I notified the office and they sent someone to fix it right away. It was awesome. I will stay there again on my next visit."

"Booked this for an overnight connection. The room was very basic and good enough for a quick overnight stay. The carpet was a bit stained and dated and the bed linens showed their age a bit. On the plus side, however, it was very easy to walk to the domestic terminal (with the option to take the bus from there to the international terminal) and their video on the website helped me find it easily."

"Room was clean and surprisingly quiet next to the main road. Rooftop area has great views of the city. Disappointed that there was not enough spaces available for me to park in the secure basement carpark and often had to find a car space a block or two away from the hotel. A few issues with keys not working and the room not set up according to our booking which was a challenge for staff to attend to until the following day."
