"There seems to be some work happening but not sure if it’s anything more than some painting. Room is in need of some work. Only one little split aircon in the lounge room that is very noisy so on very hot and humid QLD days you might find it uncomfortable to sleep. Couldn’t really sit outside or have the sliding door open as other people smoking out on their balconies. Speaking of the sliding door it needs repairing as it’s very difficult to open and close. Rollers might be broken. "
