"The location is/was perfect for my stay for a friends wedding in the area, the staff are more than helpful, the bed was comfortable, the place just needs a bit of TLC that’s all"

Really enjoyed this historic hotel and being able to sit in the garden for a drink and dinner. Convenience to Perth airport was an advantage and even though the flight path is overhead, noise was not a problem. Room was spacious and well appointed.

Great room, really clean everyday, the staff are very friendly and the room facilities including fridge and microwave make it easy and economical. The cafe menu, although limited, had great food. Try the red emperor fish, it's really lovely. I'll be back whenever I can get a room. This has to be the best value for money accomodation in Perth.

My rating is relative to the price I paid. For $105 I got a spacious room with on suite bathroom, tea/coffee and extra blanket. Everything was clean and the staff were available 24/7 (and friendly). Their "deli" also had snacks and wine available. They even included free breakfast of juice, cereal, fruit, coffee/tea and two toast. The parking was a bit tight and tennants were occassionally noisy but I will be staying here again as I was happy overall.

Great location, just very loud due to being right on Canning HWY (not the property’s fault people like to hoon). My only feedback is getting a phone call at 0915 to say checkout time is 1000 (first time I’ve stayed anywhere and had this happen).
