"This is a well-appointed, stylish, comfortable and extravagantly spacious residence with two complete bathrooms and a full kitchen. The property is in very good condition and the generous array of faux-period furnishings are both tasteful and comfortable. "The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. "The room is clean. It’s located in a retirement village and the location is peaceful. Unfortunately there is a pool motor behind the room which makes a noise 24 hours a day. As soon as you step in the room you can hear the motor noise. The noise seems to be coming through the walls and you can’t get away from it unless you go outside, where you can’t hear it. "Location was great. House was very clean, tidy and spacious which we loved. Lots of communication from the host which was good, however quite a few duplicate messages which became a little confusing. Just a small suggestion, a few more coffee cups (there was only 2) and some extra crockery (serving bowls/plates) and cooking utensils (tongs, baking dish etc) would’ve made it perfect. "
