"The breakfast was great! Kelly, the host, is very kind and helps with everything you need. We enjoyed staying and traveling around the area, ended up staying 6 nights exploring. Check out Awapuhi Labyrinth nearby for example. We especially enjoyed the nightly jacuzzi floats under the stars and nature sounds. Very recommended for the great value for money."

"The place was quite clean, fresh-smelling! The unit held an air of relaxation that was perfect for our weekend getaway. We actually canceled some of our excursions to relax in the rooms. This was our first trip to Hilo and we were surprised at how close we stayed to many of our destinations. Being right off a main road made it super easy to find our way around!"

"Honestly, their hospitality was amazing. We feel that they were very attentive while still giving us privacy and space to do what we wanted to do. The space that they created is truly magical and kinda wished we would have done this trip without kids. They made sure to contact us through chat....which sadly I didnt actually checked until the last day, when I was checking what time checkout was at. They informed us early when the volcano erupted...luckily we actually visited the NP that day but arrived when it was already over and asked one of the traffic guides why it was so busy. Anyways, our stay was magical and they were amazing!"

"The grounds are beautiful with lush tropical plants. It's so relaxing just to sit outside and drink your coffee in the morning with all the birds singing. The manager was very responsive when our fan stopped working and replaced it immediately."

"Just returned from a lovely 6 Night Stay with my wife and almost 80 year old father and we had an amazing visit. Viewing and listening to the waves crashing against the rocks day and night was just spectacular.Everything was clean, worked and exceeded our expectations. We went grocery shopping and prepared most of our meals at the house. Every utensil we needed was there including plenty of condiments, knives, cutting boards, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, rice cooker, coffee maker (worked for grounds and KCups), plus a Weber BBQ that we used for grilling up some burgers! Refrigerator and freezer were solid (thanks for the ice cubes as well as blue ice packs!) We've never stayed at a rental that had such a prepared kitchen. Thank you!We packed light so that we could return with gifts for family and friends and utilized the full size laundry and dryer in the garage.We didn't need to pack any beach towels as there were plenty of those for us to utilize when we visited the Kohala Coast.Plenty of fans and windows to open to move the air around and we all slept great on the comfortable beds.Only complaint was from Pops that the TV wasn't big enough, but to the Mrs. and me, it fit in fine with the decor. The WiFi was great and powered up multiple computers and tablets for us to watch our sports. Roku TV worked great and included DirecTV for some of the standard cable station and local channels!A great secluded house with all the amenities! Thank you."

"A lot of love and care has gone into creating this secret garden paradise. It was beautiful during the day but it is at night that the magic happens. Solar lights come on and the forest comes alive with frog chorus -It took relaxation to the next level."

"If you like quiet, remote and clean with friendly hosts- this is your place. The bed was super comfortable. The stars can be vividly seen at night and the coqi frogs lull you to sleep. The outdoor shower is awesome. Glen and Lisa were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. You can’t beat the accommodations for the price. "
