"Good price point and free breakfast. The hotel.was renovated around 2014 and its starting to show some wear and tear. The tub was chipped and stained and the bathroom fan didn't work. In some rooms the deck was being fixed so it was off limits. The staff is great and accommodating and we like the location close to the zoo and diamond head. I find the waikiki hotels are old in general so try and find one more recently renovated is the trick."

"this hotel is right across the road from the beach, one block from the zoo and has a stop for the pink trolley line right at your doorstep. there are either beach front or diamond head views from each room and a walk in pool on site. you also have free access to beach equipment which can be collected downstairs on the way to the beach. The downsides include a lack of staff at reception which means an extended wait for service, dated bathrooms wuth short shower heads and soft old beds. we had a room which had three double beds so great for families. Also found out there is a breakfast are and cafe on level 21."

"The entire staff- from the housekeepers and valet guys, to the big boss hotel manager and Angel at the front desk, they were ALL so friendly and helpful. The pool was fabulous- clean and refreshing. We will stay here again and will recommend Park Shore to my family and friends."

"Accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Accommodations were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Perfect little place to crash at the end of a long day. Had ample kitchen supplies to take care of meals if you decided you did not want to go out to eat. Also, ample beach supplies on balcony like chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Beach towels and blankets also provided. The only hangup was during check-in the check-in link sent to us did not work. It kept stating that it was too early for us to check in when in fact we were actually a few hours late. We made several attempts to contact the property manager and host via email and phone. Calling the phone number was worthless as we were put in a queue for a callback which we never got. We were eventually replied to by email with the repaired link which did end up working giving us the code to get into the property. Can’t really say if this was a host issue or a Vrbo thing but, it was very frustrating to start our vacation that way. All in all, very pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Oahu."
