This guest has never stayed with us and therefore has not experienced our clean accommodations and friendly staff. Since the guest was unable to use their reservation, it seems more like an act of revenge to falsely claim our place was dirty and give us an unfairly low rating to deter others from staying with us. I believe Expedia does not have a system in place to prevent this kind of behavior. If they do, I assume they will remove the entire review after reading the conversation we had with the guest on the Expedia intranet.

Hi, we are still waiting for Expedia to include the curfew in their policy. It would really help Expedia customer to make the right choice when they choose a place to stay.

Some times we just get a review where everything is wrong, like we would be wondering if Sam has mixed us with another place. All our rooms have window and are approved by the firedepartment every year. We do not have a problem with flooding either lol. Not sure what else i can add, maybe just check the other reviews for honest reviews.
