Communication / checkin was fine, with no problems. Everything worked as it should inside the apartment. "Came from wonderful sister Hotel Spadari in Milan. Beautifully styled hotel in prime location directly across from train station with very helpful, cheerful staff. Comfortable bed with the softest sheets & definitely the best beautifully presented breakfast in the prettiest eating room of 6 weeks of Italy travel. Room & bthrm large, TUB!! free minibar. Rooftop bar looks at Matterhorn! Took one star off (nothing to do with hotel but) shame on Turin City for not being more proactive around train station/shopping areas about maintaining street cleanliness. THAT IS WHAT CITY TAX IS FOR, not your pockets!! If you want more foreign currency/ tourist dollars?? CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! Again, nothing to do with Turin Palace Hotel"
