They were awesome. They let us check in early with excellent instructions. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the main train station and dozens of restaurants.

FAB-U-LOUS! What a find.

We had great information via email prior to arrival. Really easy to follow. Great communication from Michelle I think. The rooms were absolutely fabulous. If there’s any negative, it’d been better if there’d have been a small table/chairs rather than the sofa but you know, it was lovely. Vaulted ceilings…OMG! Fabulous bathroom, bedroom is gorgeous with lovely art work throughout. It’s in a great location too.

Great little boutique hotel

A great little hotel. The rooms look like the advertised pictures. The location is very central to the city centre. The area it is located in does not seem so great but there a lots of local restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the park or city centre. Note the Hotel does not have parking but they can help organise it for you.

Good location

Nicely decorated apartment. Airconditining working, but quite difficult to setup temperatures and noisy. Cleaning of the room done twice on our 7 day stay; promted each time. Weird smell in the living room/kitchen, could not find the source. Great location, close to the city centre and Valentino park. Quiet neighborhood. It would be appreciated that the instructions on how to enter the appartament be sent at least a day before. We had to wait an hour before getting into the room. When coming from Canada, we did not have right the way the network connection to finish setup of our eSim card. Sending instructions a day before, would eliminate the hectic waiting time.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Exactly as it looked online, clean and well presented. Location was good, close to train station and endless number of local cafes and restaurants. Definite recommend.

We found it difficult to find the property. It was not a proper hotel with a 24 hour desk so we had to get the information by phone from a person we found difficult to understand although she tried very hard. Once inside the room was excellent but as we arrived late it was difficult for us.

The apartment had a eclectic look which was very nice. Security was strong because there were several codes needed to enter the property and the floor. Very clean but, offered maid service only every three days.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’établissement est proche de tout (centre-ville, boutiques, musées...). De bons restaurants et cafés pour le petit-déjeuner tout proches. Des places de stationnement devant et aux alentours (moyennant une douzaine d’euros pour la journée). L’hôtesse est de bon conseil et réactive.

J'étais sans mot lorsque je suis entrée dans l'appartement. C'était tellement magnifique et joliment décoré. On se sentait en sécurité également. Le seul point négatif est que le minuscule signe sur le mur pour trouver l'appartement et sans numéro civique a rendu notre arrivée un peu plus difficile. Mais la personne à la réception a été extrêmement serviable. Je retournerais n'importe quand. Mon endroit préféré.

Struttura a due passi dalla stazione Porta Nuova, molto comodo per gli spostamenti e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto e molto confortevoli. Molto carini anche i corridoi. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tanti locali per poter mangiare. Top
