The only slight problem was how hot the room was, even with turning the room temperature all the way down, it didn't seem to make a difference. We still had a good sleep though. Breakfast was also good. My only slight criticism is that my coffee order was forgotten twice so I had to remind them to get me a coffee."

"The gold standard for customer service! We had an incredible stay and I cannot stress enough: this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Every single staff member was friendly, but a special shout-out must go to Menino, Hebibeh, and Ati—they were simply excellent. As a vegetarian family, we were so impressed by the breakfast selection and how accommodating they were to our dietary restrictions. Beyond the basics of cleanliness and great facilities, the secured locker room for luggage was a huge plus for our travel logistics. The location is perfect: Convenience: Just a short walk to Hammersmith station (bus and train). Proximity: Only about 30 minutes from major London attractions. Safety: We felt very safe walking with our kids even as late as 10pm. Shopping: Everything you need is nearby, with Primark just steps away! I wish we could come back every year (if only Europe vacations were cheaper!). Highly recommended."
