"I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows. Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant."

"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling water downstairs you could bottle and take to the room, along with a toaster and microwave, and a tea/coffee/hot chocolate drinks machine. Easy walk from Earls Court tube station, and a nice walk along to the Natural History Museum. No hesitation in recommending this hotel!"

"The room smelled strange, kind of musty when we walked in. This was remedied by opening the window. Also, we had a small issue with the toilet. BUT we slept like the dead for 5 ish hours. "

"Rooms are unique small efficient, space-saving. Well-appointed. Very comfy beds. PRIMO location at great price. Bus stations and Subway (tube) station within a block. Great restaurants all around - 4 within the block. Their breakfast is reasonable, delicious, and plentiful. Worth it! I would choose this facility again when we visit London next time. Super place, great people."
