"The room was absolutely spotless, had everything you needed ie mini fridge, plenty of shelving, dining room table and lounge suite. The room was also really well laid out - the spa bath is in the main room with the bedroom but there is a separate bathroom which contains the toilet and shower allowing privacy. In a great location - not in the centre of Phillip Island so can avoid the traffic when it builds up but still in walking distance from lots of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and the spa bath was such a luxury. "

"Terrible mold in room black hairs in bathroom pool area dirty pool furniture tired umbrellas a cleaner came in at 8 am lucky door latch was on don’t stay there it’s a shame that place 6 yrs ago was lovely new owners running into the ground a caravan park would of been better "

"A little dated but perfectly ok for the price. Clean and tidy. Bed a little hard, but I slept well despite that."

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."
