"Staff were friendly and polite. We received a courtesy call to let us know that the reception closes at 6:30pm. We informed them that we were arriving later in the evening, and the staff willingly made arrangements to accommodate. Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is an older style model. But we were happy with the room according to the price we paid."

"We had a wonderful stay at Quest Dandenong with our family. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. "Small apartment was spotless, outdated but clean . full kitchen with oven stove toaster fridge kettle . Pressure of the water in the shower was strong. It was a one bedroom with a separate lounge for the fold out bed. Staff was friendly. Parking was just outside, no lift. "

"Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff!
