"This place was absolutely horrible. It was NOT the place in the pictures, it was a completely different property that was not half as nice. There were no check-in instructions or any kind. Owner did not answer any calls or emails. The property was locked and we did not have a key or instructions. Had to go in the window on the side of the house to get in. "It really was a perfect location to Patong - I am not going to lie - the hill yes is steep but a bit of exercise never hurt anyone!! As far as the house, it was clean, neat and had everything required. The beds were a little harder than I was use to but hey you can't have everything!!The manager was superb and so were all the staff. You are out of all the noise and bustle of Patong but close enough to duck down and grab a feed and do the night life if you wanted. The pool is a wonderful...

"The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. The service from the staff is excellent and the chef cook very delicious Thai food. Only thing need to improve is the cleanliness of the villa. "
