Hotel is in a special and good location, we are happy to stay 3 nights here. We can accept the apartment being old and broken condition even smelly in the apartment lobby, we can accept the broken condition in the water park, but we had a very terrible experience at the restaurant for the first day lunch when waiting check-in. Their restaurant staff totally hated us sitting in and asked for lunch but they did say yes for serving our lunch when we walked in, then the nightmare started at waiting, ordering and foods everything… again same experience for the breakfast next day, we can accept simple food but we can not accept the restaurant staff’s poor service attitude. A lot of families, more than 4 members, stay in the hotel, but hundreds of table setting are all separated, we did not mind to combine it my ourself but the staff yelling at us, said it is not allowed. It is OK for not allowed if most customers travelled alone here, but most customers here are family group, why the hotel management did not make part of the tables for 4 persons, and part of tables for 6-8 persons? It is a simple observation issue, how can a 4-5 stars Splash Beach hotel management keeps blind for this? Maybe the answer is simple, they do not care. What is a waste for this spacious and special good location hotel. I will come again and try to stay longer in the villa, but hope the hotel management can wake up. Thanks

Poor client care

Our comments reflect the fact that we were caught up in the Corona virus lock down. I would however point out that it was decided mid way through our stay to close the restaurant and bar (clearly due to poor numbers). We could use another hotel restaurant where the shuttle bus would take us if wanted! We ended up going to the Minimart and having salad bowels and ready meals. The pool and gym were also inaccessible though we could sit around the pool area. Our disappointment extends to the fact that in view of the difficult situation and worries we were faced with and the lack of amenities offered, the hotel did NOT offer any future discount or incentive to compensate for the lack of services provided. The staff were very friendly during our stay and the fault lies with Managements lack of thought for us as their clients and the problems we were experiencing. They were spring cleaning the hotel around us as though we were not there. A token gesture such as free transfer to the airport (where we were unsure if flight would leave) would have been a kindly thought but no. They charged us the 770 bhat when they are 20 mins from the airport. Customer service was lacking by the decision makers on this site!! Profit over client! Dissapointed!

We stayed in Angsana in Laguna. It’s a sister company of Laguna Holiday club resort. The rooms are big. Our room was overlooking onto the beach. There is free shuttle service within Laguna. It would have been better if the free shuttle service was run to the nearest shopping area which is only 3 KMs away. Overall good resort to relax and enjoy.

The hotel itself is a bit old and needs some updating and renovation in general. Rooms are set classic a bit of colonial style and very comfortable and cosy. We had an one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Air conditioning is well enough both in bedroom and living room. There was a problem once with one of the AC, it was leaking and after I called to the reception, the staff immediately took care and a repair man came and worked out the problem. The kitchenette is comfortable but not for real cooking as there is no enough pots, pans and utensils. The bed is real big like 2/2 m but the mattress was a bit soft for me and the sofa bed in living room was surprisingly comfy for my daughter (11 y/o) - it's big enough for 2 kids. The bathroom needs renovation, the bath is old and worn-out, all in all needs renovation. The pool is a bit small on sizes and shallow but clean and all the children are very happy with the working slide. The pool needs repair as there are some broken tiles and facing but it's not dangerous yet. The staff is very, very helpful and kind, especially the reception staff who are very busy all the time deserve a big gratitude! Always on disposal for any kind of requests! The hotel is very clean as well the rooms as well the common parts. We would come back to this hotel as it's a good value for money and having accommodation at the Laguna Complex has a lot of advantages like inside shuttle busses transport, 24 hour security and etc.

Laguna holiday club is a perfect place for a relaxing and unwinding. I love the easy slow pace of he place. the resort has everthing going for it. Only the restaurant food can be a little more vibrant however there are enuf choices around to overcome the gap

Понравилось: локация, территория, бассейн с горкой. Тихий отель, просторные номера, уютно оформлены. Не понравилось: очень скудная посуда на кухне. Одна кастрюля и сковорода, на которой вообще невозможно что-либо приготовить, так как все подгорает. В просьбе предоставить дополнительную посуду для готовки было отказано. Очень плохой душ. Так как вмонтирован в стене и вы не можете его снять. Неудобно купать ребёнка, нужно либо залезать с ним, либо быть готовым что будете полностью мокрым, включая полы в ванной. Невкусные завтраки: скудно и очень мало. Если приходишь к 9:15, то уже толпа и еды на всех не хватает. Нет завтраков для детей. Ребёнка не покормишь. При наличии кухни в номере, брать завтрак совершенно лишняя трата денег.

Quick check in, friendly welcoming staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Maintenance staff were quick to fix air con leakage. Restaurant needs more often cleaning up as its close to pool, so kids running around in wet clothes caused several damp areas and cleaning staff should clean under tables more. Stray cats have been jumping onto tables as well.

The whole Laguna Beach precinct is the classiest in Phuket. The Holiday Club is one of about 6 resorts there and though in comparison is a budget option it is still a great place to stay and a high standard of accommodation and service

Schönes Hotel,

Der Laguna holiday Club ist eines von mehreren Hotels die zusammen in einer grossen Parkanlage liegen! Der Strand ist ca 700 m entfernt u kann gut zu Fuß oder mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle service erreicht werden. Durch die Parkanlage ist man leider ziemlich abgeschottet. Der Shuttle bus zum Ausgang geht nur alle 4 Stunden. Und das wirkliche Shopping Erlebnis will sich in dem kleinen Ort nicht einstellen. Will man außerhalb der Shuttle Zeit raus, braucht man ein Taxi, dass ähnlich wie in Deutschland kostet. Nach Phuket town (ca 30 km) und zurück 30€ umgerechnet. Zum Restaurant im nächsten Ort einfach 5€ (1 km) Wir können das Restaurant "sunset" sehr empfehlen. Es ist preiswert und gut! Der Pool ist etwas klein, für unsere 3 Kids jedoch ausreichend. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag aufgeräumt, gesaugt, gewischt, es gab frische Handtücher und die Betten wurden bezogen. Außerdem gab es täglich 4 Flaschen Wasser kostenlos aufs Zimmer. 500 m vom Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir waren zu fünft dort, also 2 Erwachsene u 3 Kinder (9,7,3). Das Frühstück empfanden wir als sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und vielseitig (der Favorit unserer Kids war die Pancake Maschine).
