"I came here with my boyfriend for our first trip out of town and it was such a pleasure to say in such a fine establishment! I loved the rustic asthetic and the room was so comfortable! The bright colors made the room feel way more open than other places. THE BATHROOM WAS SO CUTE. I was very sad that we only got to spend one night here :( "

"Easy access to airport"

"I waited awhile to write this review to see if they would ever call me back. We stayed there for a conference. We went to bed late. Midnightish, but had to wake up at 5am. About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours. We looked out the door and there were people carrying linens out. The knocking continued for at least 10 minutes. I finally went over to the room, the door was proped open. They had a big machine snaking the toilet! I called the lobby to see if they could wait until morning to do that kind of repair. They sais someone would call me back. They never did. They just kept us up with that loud machine. So annoying. I LOVE Marriott's. I have never had a problem with them. This was a huge problem! I wasn't asking for a room refund or anything. I just wanted a call. I have video and photos. Huge disappointment guys!"

"We got in very late and used the shuttle service to get to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. The drivers were VERY nice and helpful. We really did not use any "services". The hotel we nice upon check-in, but the room was a bit 'dated', and noisier than the other Sonesta we stayed at in the LAX area about a year ago. Overall, the amenities were good, and the guest service staff were helpful and nice. "

"The rooms were clean but the bathroom was a bit dated and shower pressure could have been better. However, buffet and other facilities were great and hospitality staff was superb. Their bar restaurant was great quality and convenient!"

"It's a great hotel in a great location. But hotels should have bathtubs. A microwave would be nice. "
