"They made the guests wait 45+ minutes at 11 pm check-in. Shuttle wasn’t as frequent as mentioned "

"The staff was friendly and room was clean, but we were on the second floor and the elevator did work the two days we were there. Also there was some kind of water leak there were fans down the halls and some rooms taped off. Lastly the housekeeping lady was kind of moody and short with us when we just asked for towels and told her didn't need to clean our room. "

"Our stay was great but parking was expensive and the exit parking gate wasn't working so wasted 20 minutes before hotel staff let us out of the parking. Save your parking receipt. "
