Good hotel that isn’t too far away

Hotel was very clean and check-in / check-out service was very efficient. They even have laundry rooms as well as hot baths onsen in the hotel. Was pleasantly surprised.

Kyoto style

The Mitsui Garden was a wonderful place to stay. We were walking and touring around Kyoto all day and it was lovely to come home and relax in our room, use the onsen and sneak up to the nearby supermarket for snacks. Great location, lovely staff and a very nice environment.

Enjoyed our stay here! Excellent in many areas; the room was considered spacious & super clean. Beds were comfy for a good night sleep/recharge. Refreshments were always replenished. Given the price, it is super worthwhile and we will definitely be back again!

Wonderful hotel, a bit of a walk from the subway, but close to bus stops. Great onsen, lots of places to eat and two large supermarkets close by. Staff was very polite and helpful.
