"Loved this property! They were very accommodating & went above & beyond for our stay! Had to change our vacation dates because of a flight cancelation & they were able to adjust our days luckily! Guests there were not always so friendly. A little rude & not welcoming, but the hotel itself & everyone that worked there were amazing! Special thank you to Peggy who would always make our day! She went above & beyond to make each day special & amazing! Always greeted us with a smiling face! Peggy was great! Please give her a raise! "We reserve last minute and were able to get a room. If you want a lively place for the weekend this is your spot. They closed the streets surrounding the hotel and nearby hotels for partying all night long. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommended."

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
