"Good location nice clean hotel our room had no closets so we had to keep all I. Suitcases but that was fine with us we stayed there 4 nights. Clean bathrooms . Our room was small but again we only spent the night so for the good price was perfect. There is a place there for breakfast for take out or eat in the lobby with excellent food baked goods freshly made sandwiches. 15 to 20 min walk to south Shinjuku station I would stay there again. "Superb location for a few days in Tokyo....walking distance to Love Sculpture pickup point for many day tours. Hop-on hop-off bus stop across the street. Many choices of restaurants nearby. This Hilton really is a 5-star place and worth it. Lots of food choices, nice gym, clean and comfy room. Concierge service just great, and a shout-out to Priscila who really helped with our questions on our first trip to Tokyo. No issues."

"This is a great hotel in a good location. The staff could not do enough for us. Check in was quick and easy and our luggage which was sent from Osaka was there waiting for us. We had an executive king and it was a lovely room, very clean with tons of amenities in case you forgot something. The executive lounge was great for breakfast, (you do need to book a time to arrive 8-8:45 or 9-9:45, they always got us in the time we wanted). The staff at breakfast were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is good, not in the heart of Tokyo, but near enough that it is a short walk to everything. There is a train station right next door. I liked the location as it was a nice quiet walk back after the chaos that can be Tokyo. I would like to again stress how lovely the staff was, whatever question we had was answered, whatever help we needed was given. They cancelled a reservation for us, and recommended a nearby restaurant that we would have never found and was delicious. The hotel is large, and the lobby can be very busy, but someone will always ask if they can help you. My only complaint, (small one) is the washer/dryer. We did our laundry and after an hour the clothes were still as wet. The dryer is not a typical dryer so can take hours to dry clothes. We ended up hanging them all around our room so we did not spend hours waiting for them to dry. Would I stay here again, yes! It was clean, quiet and the location was great!"
