建築年数を感じさせるホテルですが、従業員さんが丁寧です。外国の方が働いており、最初は不安でしたが愛想良く日本語に不自由なこともなかったので安心しました。また毛呂山に用事があった際には泊まりたいと思います。

初めて利用したましたが宿泊料金も安く、スタッフの方も親切で、サービスも良く、大満足でした。 初めて予約したので間違えてシングルユースで予約してしまったかと思ったのですが、この料金で２名で予約できており、チェックインの時に家族が杖だったのですがお部屋に段差解消のステップ台をお持ちしましょうかと声掛け下さったり、平日だったので夜はカレーのサービスがあると知り、至れり尽くせりでびっくりしました。 ぜひまた、次回も利用させて頂きます。
