The location of the hotel was hard to find even with the google map provided or with my own gps.I had to ask around to look for the hotel. The lobby area and the room were so different from the photos . I don't think it matches the 3 star status. I will not book this hotel again in the future

It is really near to bukit jalil stadium, recommended if you are going for event held at there. Overall experience at Mangga Boutique Hotel is good. The only one comment from me is the heater is old and with sound. Facilities needed to be well-maintained.

5 star service from staff
Friendly staff, every staff! Quite a decent stay for me at least. Clean place! The room design is very space saving, everything is stays compact. If you are XXL person, it might not suitable for you. Oh, and bathroom doesn't have a lock or latch (maybe i missed it?). There is some shops across the road. Mind you, the road can be quite busy. If you're going with vehicle then there is no problem. In fact, there is a fuel station nearby.

Very convinient hotel
I stayed at Manggo Hotel for 3 nights. I enjoyed my stay, especially beause this is very affordable hotel. My complaint is only one, when i arrived at the hotel we must pay 30 MYR for the tax in Malaysia. Maybe next time, all the cost can be integrated on one bill for customer. Thank u.

Dear Guest, Please have a look "From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay." Not only our Hotel. Its for any hotel in Malaysia from September 2017 must payable to direct hotel during check in . This tax can not be included with booking , the reason is some Booker is Malaysian and some booker is non malaysian but they have permanent residentship and the Tourism Tax is not apply for Malaysian citizen and pr , Hope my explain are make you convince and will see you again soon Thank you

Hotel staff is ok.. However the hotel door is kinda of loose and cant be locked properly.. Hotel room phone is not working.. There is no proper instruction on how to use the room safe.. Should be given 2 hotel cards instead of one..

Clean place to stay overnight
Had a pleasant stay at the hotel where the hotel staff are very helpful. A negative point is that you can hear very clearly when neighbouring room doors are being opened/closed. It would have been a much better experience if they could have a small cafe for drinks & snacks.

I would like to complaint about misleading info in the hotel.com website. When I make my booking it stated my room size as 19 sq m but when I checked in the actual size was only 12 sq m!!!...can hotel.com do something? I want my right!!.....

Convenient and clean!
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. Although the location was good for me because people I knew lived closer by, I am not sure it is ok for everyone!

The hotel is a very quiet place.
The hotel can provide a very quiet environment, but the facilities are quite short of: e.g., no slippery, no toothpaste, no mineral water bottles. To be worse, there are not shops or restraunts arounds.

The hotel room seems good for this budget hotel rooms. The matter is that night I cannot sleep well because next door has loud noice when they open tab in the toilet. Maybe lack of maintenance.
