Decent stay
The room and location were decent. Its about an 8 minutes walk to Pavilion. A few drawbacks were the availability of only 1 functional lift to the guest rooms and inflexibility of changing the number of nights upon request. Does not make any sense as the hotel management could not make a decision to allow cancellation of extra room nights especially during this Covid 19 pandemic.

Great location center KLCC, affordable rate but very poor service. Had to wait 1 hour for room to be ready when checking in at 3pm. They didn’t even bother to call. Called 4 times to ask for towel before finally getting.

Great location. Ok hotel.
Great location close to KLCC but there are a lot of nicer hotels in the area. If you get a cheap deal, stay here, but compare to other hotels first. Breakfast was poor. Very basic. Don’t do breakfast option and instead go to the many cafes etc nearby.
