"Disgraceful upon entry,mould and soap scum in shower,fridge and microwave filthy,crockery and utensils all not washed properly with food particles still on them,cockroaches in bbq,carpets and floors filthy.Bed like bricks. Shame on the owners and real estate."

"A seemingly 1970's vintage unit that has had no updates. The kitchen needs to be renovated and the sliding doors a very much in need of maintenance. The flyscreens are breaking down and need replacing. The carpet is in need of at least a professional clean or replacement."
