"The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. "

The kids absolutely loved the bunkbeds, which made their stay even more fun. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Several nature reserves and fern gullies in the area are within a short drive. Nice playgrounds for kids are also nearby. The entire home suited our needs very well. "
